  Moving to Clearwater, Fl as a single young female?

  Hi all! I'm looking to move to southern florida in August by myself. I'm securing a job before moving but wanted to know more about the area in reguards to me being alone and wanting to meet people my age! I just want to live a quiet beach life and work but make some good friends to live life with. Also, any advice on how life is like there and best areas to rent an apartment! Really anything helps!

  side question: If not Clearwater what're your thoughts on Sarasota, St. Augustine or anywhere else with a non city younger crowd vibe.

  What is the price for a 3 day trip to Walt Disney World? ?

  I am planning a trip to Walt Disney World. I live in South Carolina. I would be driving there. I have a family of 3. It will he a 3 day trip. We will be visiting the park for 2 days. And just enjoying the sites of Florida the other day. We will probably eat at a nice place at Disney World at least one meal. I have never been, so I was curious on what to expect as far a price range.

  Is Kissimmee worthwhile visiting?

  There is not a commercial airport in Kissimmee.  Flying into Orlando or Sanford would be your best options. 

  Kissimmee is exceptionally close to Disney World and not far from the other theme parks (Universal, Sea World, Legoland).  There are certainly other things to do, but I don't know of anyone who makes a trip to Kissimmee if they aren't visiting the theme parks.

  Kind of ridiculous.  All companies are about making money. Refusing to even drive you there is just being a jerk.  Maybe he did get banned. He is over reacting.  Fine if he doesn’t go to Disney, but why the drama?

  My bestfriend planned a trip while I was planning one?

  November 2020, I told my best friends I was planning a trip to Disney world. They agreed that they would be happy to come and so I started planning. One of my friends though didn’t seem too excited whenever I talked to her about it but I thought it was because she was busy. January 2021 I told them everything we would be doing, the cost and I sent the itinerary. The friend that wasn’t excited at first was upset that the trip wasn’t four days long at Disney. Mind you we are college students with low paying jobs. I explained to her how 4 days at Disney would be over $1,000. My trip was at list $750-$800 including what we would need. I also explained to them how I know everyone couldn’t pay for too much so I would pay for gas and grocery do no one would have to put in. The next few days went by and my friend that wasn’t excited decided to tell me she planned a trip with her friends to Disney because she wanted to be there Fr four days instead of the two days I planned and then two days in Florida. Idk if I should still be friend with her or not because this was my birthday trip since my birthday was spent at home because of covid. Can someone help me please. Because you do not have to ride all the rides at Disney and stay at a park for that long in one park. I also got park hopper tickets so we could visit more than one park. I just want to know what I should do/say next because I don’t want to do a trip anymore.

  When and where is it best to honeymoon in Florida?

  I plan on getting married next December/January and my boyfriend wants to go to Florida, but I'm not sure how the weather would be. I'm from the midwest and know nothing about how that state's weather works in winter. I want to be warm and have a good time on the beach and swim and etc.

  Floridians/regular vacationers: What are your thoughts? Should we go at a different time of year? Where would you reccomend?

  Celebration is basically bordering Disney World property, and Kissimmee is very nearby.  Winter Garden and Ocoee are somewhat nearby towns, and Orlando is the nearest large city.

  Are theme parks open in Orlando? Looking at booking a holiday to Orlando from UK. ?

  I’m looking at booking a family holiday to Orlando for a villa for 2 weeks and to trail around theme parks with my partner and kids in summer...... I can’t find much online as I’m from the UK, are the theme parks open? On the holiday website it would allow me to buy the tickets for the theme parks so I’m assuming it’s open? Are the rides all open?

  How do we move to Florida?

  Okay im a single mom with 3 kids. Went to Disney once 20 years ago. I love the palm trees and sunshine.It's so cool. they kids never been to Disney it be so much we go all th e time.

  If you're eating off-property, maybe a few hundred dollars. Of course, with all of the lay-offs and business closings going on around here (I live in the Orlando area, so I know of what I write), you may be limited in your choice of restaurants.

  Sneaking into Disney during Covid?

  Hello,

  I noticed for the parks now they got rid of the fingerprint system. How are they monitoring annual pass holders? Could I potentially give my magic band for my friend to come in instead of me since there is no method of identification other then name?

  Looking into going to Florida in Dec..depends on covid here.i wanna go some where warm..?

  It's my 50th and 2 best friends are coming w me.  I want it ocean front, balcony. warm weather, pool (heated would be nice) hot tub, walk to restaurants clubs etc. Any suggestions?? Only going for 4 nights. Say around 1st week of December.
