    Do you think people in Sacramento are mean?

    I moved to Sacramento from Florida half a year ago. I've met several nice people, and I know you can't generalize and people are people. However, I have to say that I find people in this area to be meaner than anywhere I've ever been. It's as if they don't care about your feelings and they think they're tough.
