  why do people get irritated when people talk on their phones at restaurants? ?

  What's the difference between me talking to someone in front of me and someone on the phone if I keep my voice down. I do not talk any louder on the phone than I do to some one in front of me. People talk to each other when eating

  generally there are multiple distributors for franchises to use so there's a chance that a Chili's store in California uses different beef than a Chili's in Colorado. Most restaurants like Chili's use food service companies like US Foods or Sysco Foods.

  it ultimately comes down to how the restaurant prepares, seasons and cooks the food that differentiates one place from another that gets the exact same products.
