I just started running a week ago. I have a severe case of over pronation and I'm flat footed. For runners out there who has the same problem, how do you tackle this challenge? I already bought Asics gel-forte running shoes which have a very good motion control.

Have anyone used a dog crate for your pet rats. If yes, any helpful hints would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I would like to know people's opinion about this vaccines. My indoor cats will never interact with other animals. So, I hate to think that Everytime I bring my cat to the vet for yearly exam that they have to give rabies shot because it's "mandatory". Their vet told me that 1 yr is safer than 3 yrs, I went for what the vet recommend but now next year they get another shot. I would like them to have yearly check up ( eventhough they are healthy ) but not if it ment that they get shots every year.

My cat had his rabies, distemper, and Feline Leukemia vaccine (she is adopted) 2 years ago. I am against when it comes to vaccination and I dont think cats need it every year. So I am planning on putting my foot down when it comes to not getting rabies vaccine ( mandatory but I was told that next mandatory shot is 3 years after). If they fight me for it can I request a titers testing for rabies and also distermper? My cat is indoor so I am not worried about Feline Leukemia.

What kind of brand do you feed your pets and do you really know what type of meat is in it?

What does my dream means? I dream about zombies but it's like I was watching a movie but then it change to me crossing the street and seeing a cat lying on the ground surrounded by people. When I got near it, I notice that she was bleeding and I picked up the tabby cat and started walking towards the taxi to take her to vet but one of the guy proceeded to follow me and took out a small knife with intention of killing me. We started wrestling and that's when I woke up.

When I woke up I had a hard time waking up which is normal but this one feels like I was drug and I had to force myself to wake up since I had to get ready for work. No, it's not carbon dioxide leak!
