I have had Sweetie my 6 year old ferret since she was old enough to leave her mother (from birth).After I had Sweetie for about three years I rescued another ferret who had been starved by her previous owners.I named her Snoball.Well Snoball died on Friday July 31, 2009.My birthday of all days. :'( And since I've had Sweetie since I was ten and Snoball since I was thirteen They were cage mates for 3 years or so.Sweetie took Snoball's death very hard.She isn't eating and she won't play all she does is lie around and I'm afraid if she doesn't eat soon she will die.Can anyone tell me how to help her through this depression?I love her so much.I don't want to lose another pet.Snoball was the third pet this year that I have lost.My pets are my kids and like any mother who loses a child I am still grieving.Please give me some answers if you can!If anything similar has happened to you please post. Thank You.
