I've been dating this guy for about two months and he's getting deployed to Afghanistan in about two days. We're breaking up but it's a mutual thing and were ending on good terms so I don't want to be disrespectful, but at the same time I don't want potential future boyfriends to think I'm hung up on him. I dyed my hair dark brown awhile ago, and I would like to lighten it without using bleach. I came across this product online and I was wondering if it only lightened virgin hair or if it would work on mine too?

I mean I just got my cartilage pierced on my left ear, and I'm thinking of piercing my nose. The only thing is, I want it done on my left nostril, but would it look weird since I already have my left ear pierced? Like, too much jewelry on just one side? Or does it not really matter?

I have relatively dark brown hair that I would like to dye a little lighter without the harshness of bleach or the costly salon visits. I just bought Natural Match hair dye in medium ash brown and I would like to know if it's even possible to go lighter? I know some people say it's like using coloring a crayon on black construction paper and it won't show up, but I've also read it's possible to go a shade or two lighter from the box. I'd also like to add that my hair is currently color treated, and would that effect the outcome? Please help!

I used it about 2 weeks ago and I'd like to dye my hair because I noticed it's a little uneven. I know color oops makes hair porous, but how long does it stay that way? Is it permanent? I really have no idea!

The instructions on the box say to use a shade two shades lighter than what you want, but then the website just says leave hair dye on for 5 minutes. Do I do both? Or do I pick a ligther shade OR leave hair dye on for 5 minutes? Does anyone have experience with this?

I recently dyed my hair semi-permanent black (about a week ago) and today I used Color Oops to remove the black dye. It turned into a relatively dark brown with these weird orangeish highlights. Color Oops is supposed to make my hair more porous so it holds onto color and makes it darker. I'm just not really sure what I'm supposed to do. I don't want these orange/red highlights, and I'd like my lighter hair back but I don't have the money to go to a salon. Am I supposed to use an ash color to cancel out the highlights? Or will that make it worse? Please help!
