i have no songs no vids and only 5 apps. the apps are about like fb and such. also my ipod is jailbroken , is this why or what cause im confused.

I have 3 goldfish in my 10 gallon tank. I know it is overcrowded so I want to give it away. I have a 2 inch pearlscale and a 2 inch fantail as well. I can't afford a new tank right now but I am saving for it. Please dont tell me about size Of the tank and stuff. I have researched a lot about goldfish. I know it is overcrowded. So is it a good idea to do so? Please answer :)
