Trying to find the first anime i watched, probably from 90's, here the few details that i still remember

The main character is a female (i think), with a small cute creature.

Her/His shoulder had three dots/moles.

It say that someday a person with 3 moles on his shoulder will able to defeat "???"

That main character was a fake, the moles she got were ink (i think), but in later plot, she able to gain the same power as the real one.

I don't want to hear it good for ur health or find girlfriend and get married. Any guy has overcome it and how?
