My son has a bogus felony child endangerment charge with no bodily injury involved from 12/3/11. He is on his 5th judge. Four have recused themselves. His public defender which he had for 1 year and 3 months has recused himself also. His new public defender since March 2012 has not returned even one of his several calls. None of my sons witness’ has been interviewed by either attorney. I just found out on the internet that a jury trial has been scheduled for July 26, 2012.

1) On his court date of July 26, 2012, can my son fire his attorney and ask for dismissal because of lack of due process?

2) How do we find out why these judges and lawyers recused themselves?

My wife was asking for a divorce. My mother in law extremely dislikes me so forked out almost 10k money to my wife for various bills and spending money. My wife changed her mind and now her mom is verbally threatening to sue for the money. Can she sue us? No contract was signed between her and my wife.

If not what years will work for the 98 and do I need a whole new tranny. It will not go into any gear but low no reverse no 2,3,4 gear. It will go into park neutral and low.
