My dad died last year in July 2019. I am the beneficiary on his bank account for savings only. He didn't know it wasn't for both accounts. The bank gave my mom a affidavit of Heirship form to fill out. She was unable to get the money out either. The form say list his siblings, nieces and nephews and dates of deaths and births. Do I need to fill all of that out if he has living descendents? He had 12 brothers and sisters and a million nieces and nephews. We don't know dates of deaths/bdays for most of them. Many died before I was born. Any information would be helpful.

my friend caught him last year cheating(sent pix n all n yes he cofessed) and i contracted a std from that affair so we were separated bt working thru things slowly.this is a new woman he began dating 3 months after last affair.i had no idea he was cheating or anything again!!!!!!! he was bragging to his friend tht 'i told her she shouldve got birth control cz im fertile than motherfuk$$!!!" im on the other end like wtf hello hello!!! omg! so long story short shes 7 months pregnant! we have 4 n this jackass cheats n has another 1! so i got her number n called n shes like yea im preg n yea its his n he said he was goin thru a divorce!!! she knows he hs 4 kids also!!!!! im like wtf? nd shes 22!!!!! my husband is 33 im 29!!! weve been together 16 years and married 6! i dont kno wht 2 do except leave! hes the main provider even though i work and attend college but i still have 2 and hlf years left omg im lost n have 4 kids and now he's mad saying i eavesdropped on him! im like r u freakin kidding me u POCKETDIALED me otherwise i probably still wouldnt know. now hes all apologetic. how do i move on? what do i do? how does child support work if she files? btw she lives with her parents and is bff with all 4 of my children! smh i already love the new baby considerin shes the kids new sister. he spent hours on the phone with her and dates all since lst year...

i just got out of a 15 year relationship. The guy i see now is the guy before the 15 year relationship and is also my first love. To make a long story short he wined n dined me. Dated me with true intentions and opened up about so much. He regretted not marrying me and letting me go back then. so after 4 months we sleep together after a great date n had no regrets bt then he says he told his ex there ws a possibility they could gt bak together!!!! of course i had a fit n he says he didnt say they were bt tht its posssible! i was like well y did u sleep with me? and he said bc he loves me bt now he never texts/calls/visits unless we are having sex. i feel so stupid and used. but i am so in love with him...what do i do? i told him how i felt and he said he felt the same way but he didnt like how i went off and im like what do you expect. ive only slept with him and my last bf and im 29 and clueless about dating! help i miss him so much and we havent talked since dec 30 when we had sex of course...smh...

We've been married 4 years and together 13 and 4 kids. we recently had a really bad fight and separated for 2 1/2 months. We went to my parents and he stayed at home. After a few weeks he calle to apologize and ask us home bt i told him to get lost and move on but i was angry bc 2 days after the fight i called him to talk abt things and he was like wtf u want ans im like hwy this shyt is all ur fault! To make a long story short he did just that and met some woman and talked to her a few times. I have never cheated emotionally or physically and was appalled and hurt that he would do this. i told him i wanted to work things out anyway and he needed to gt rid of the chick. which he said he wanted to stay sepaprated and move on and i should do the same. all this afer i told him to move on! i was like bt we are MARRIED! he said he didnt care and i could find someone else and maybe later we could get bck together but i should gt a apartment!!!!!!! i mean can i just slap me because i was totally floored! this was all one conversation!!! since then i told him we were moving back anyway and he was not pleased at all and began to stay out all night and never calls or texts and only wants to have sex then is distant. he also said as long as i had sex with him he wouldnt have to look else where! im depressed sad and dont know what to do. i have never been with anyone else or lived alone. ive been with him since i was 16.our first apt,car baby wedding etc was all together but i dont kno how i can handle all of this or what to do. he still hasnt said he want to work it out and its been a month since i moved back in. what should i do?

i gave birth 2 our 4th child last week and had unexpected surgery the day after having the baby! so that in itself was stressful and nerve wracking considering ive never had surgery. we get home and ita like i never leftback to homework chores etc. i have the kids bring me their homework and i check it and send it back to be corrected. while im doing a practice spelling test with our daughter (6), my oldest (9) is waving his weds folder in my face like mom mom mom! so i say take it to daddy im doing ur sisters test. Dad comes out the room yeling and screaming about why do i always send the folder for him 2 sign even though he never signs it and if he does, he does not sign everything that needs to b signed or read through anything! this is his usual but since ive come home mi hands and feet r extremely swollen from all the iv fluids from the birth and surgery combined so i cant move around or stand longer than like 10 minutes without them swelling even more and throbbing. im so fed up and ready to leave him after this! when i tried to talk to him abt it hes like shut the fk up talking to me u just dont wanna sign it! i wash cook clean appts do EVERYTHING with the kids including room mom and bringing snacks for the class etc on top of also working part-full time(im on maternity leave). i feel so unappreciated and tired of his bs! he doesnt listen whn i try to talk to him and still refuses to help. he wasnt always like this but it seems after the birth of this child he changed. i had a iud that stopped working and then didnt come out whn i gave birth so had to have 3 hour surgery to remove it so this was a unplanned pregnancy but a blessing from God nonetheless so i dont know what his problem is. we've been together almost 13 years! any advice would be great ! thnx

I WANT A RELIABLE WATER SYSTEM THAT DOESNT USE NEED A NEW FILTER EVERY MONTH. THE REFILLING OF WATER JUGS IS TOO TIRESOME AND ANNOYING! LOL ANY SUGGESTIONS? IM ALSO HAVING A BABY IN NOVEMBER AND DONT WANT TO CONTINUE BUYING WATER EVERY FEW DAYS( HAD ISSUES ITH JUGS BREAKING DOWN LEAKING ALL OVER PANTRY!) THNX

i have had my iud mirena since 2006. my removal date was for august. so in february i went to get a new one in and the old one out event hough i had a little over 6 months tll removal date. i ws having pregnancy symptoms(throwing up, tender breast,tired) but thought i was just sick bc people at work were sick and family members were sick so much to my surprise i find out im preggers and the iud cant be removed till i give birth bc the strings are somewhere hanging out chilling! i was told i had a 50% chance of having a miscarriage esp within the frst 6 months. so far i havent had ANY problems and im a dam guniea pig bc no doctor i talked to knew anything abt a person actually pregnant with the iud intact!!!! im like NOONE? u gotta b kidding me. so overall im always worried and the dont kno if the prgesterin does anything to the baby of if leaving it in will cause infection. the whole time ive beeen preg theyve only given me 2 ultrasounds and looked for it that way but could only see it vaginally when they actually looked. anyone ever heard of this? going through this? any info is helpful...btw i already callled mirena and they knew nothing either! nor did the fda! im like wow!! totalluy in the dark!

what do i do? i todl her i didnt want everyone knowing bt i come into work and random people diff days are like why didnt you tell me you were pregnant/ im like omg who said so and they all said the same co-worker! i work at a job where i do some lifting so i had to tell the ones i work closely with so they wouldnt wonder why i wsnt lifting anything. i also stressed the fact the job can find out when im showing and until then i just wanted peace of mind! so after all that she still told and when i told her why is she spreading my business she got loud and was like i didnt know i couldnt play with you like that! im like whatever . so the next day another co worker tells me she said i tried to get him in trouble and she doesnt trust me and she said all this in spanish bt i knew it ws about me the day she said it. I took the high road and said nothing else. any questioin i asked her she gives half answers or wont answer at all. its so childish and im so sick of her behavior..mind u she is 44 and im 27....any advice?

i was looking at pics and its sooo sad! the poor crabs and birs and fish! volunteers were cleaning some birds and i was thinking if they let them loose they will just get oily again and they cant possibly keep ALL the animals the help so what happens to the animals? i know its probably preserving them for at least a little while longer but im just curious and th esite i saw it on was just pics no info... thx!

i tried the bag of water and im not sure if its working yet since its been cloudy.....what are other ways to keep flies out! especially when cooking!!! i love to have my windows and doors open but with the flies attacking i cant enjoy the breeze. any tips will be helpful. thank you
