I got my hair braided (cornrows) in Honduras when i was there. I keep itching when i think i might have lice. am i just paranioed or do i have lice???

Whenever I pet my guinea pigs rump he purrs. Is this out of agitation or happiness? He also vibrates when I pet him... he is not shaking but vibrating.

I want to get a guinea pig from a shelter but the closest one to my house is 2 hours away. I looked on pet finder and that was it. Would it be safe to bring 2 guinea pigs on a 2 hours car ride? If not, should I just go to a pet store?

I want 1-2 guinea pigs and I an not sure if I should get a 2x3 cage or a 2x4 cage. Should i build a second level? Can guineas climb well enough to get up there?

I want a guinea pig but my parents wont let me have one. I am very responsible and I know a lot about guines. They know I would take great care of it and I would be able to play with it often. Do you have any ideas for convincing??? I WANT A GUINEA! Please please please help! Oh and I have plenty of money for it.

i've been researching for the past month and a half about piggies. They seem like a lot of fun and i really want one ( i think). i have had hamsters and they always seem to run away so i want a bigger calmer pet. is a guinea the right pet for me?

I know you are supposed to get 2 pigs, but I only want 1 because I will play with it constantly and keep it in main activity. Please don't suggest getting it from a shelter because I cant find any near my house even on PetFinder and I went to a Petco yesterday and held both genders. They seem very similar, but the female wasn't has shaky. None in the cage looked sick. Please help!!!
