I am a very good cheerleader. But my jumps are awful... I have to do a quad jump in my routine and my quad jumps are awful. We have to do a .... Left front, toe, toe, right front. I was wondering if there are stretches to get my jumps higher. Or excercises. Thank youuuuu!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey ladies! Tomorrow I'm going over to a friends house so we can tan together. I burn REALLY EASILY. I got really burnt while in cape cod a couple days ago. But, anyways, I want a good tanning routine ( laying out on a beach chair in sun ) and I don't want to get burnt. Also I am really cautious about skin cancer. My mom had it when she was 14 and had to get surgery. She's fine now but I really don't want to get skin cancer and I don't want to get burnt. Thx! And I really want a tanning routine that really works. Thanks!
