So every 72 hours I eat roughly 4,750 calories. I'm a 6'3" male and I weigh 205lbs with moderate activity, lift weights 3 times a week and jog a mile every other day. My meal every 72 hours is a double bacon cheese burger w/one slice of cheese, chicken ceaser salad, and 10 boneless wings w/ sauce and a couple beers, calories are between 4500 to 4750. ive been doing this for 2 weeks and loseing 5lbs a week so far, obviously this weight loss will slow because I was a little over weight, but my question is can i stay shredded?

The man's ego is bigger than the entire country yet I can't help but agree with his basic principles. The man knows what he wants, but the way he goes about it is, first hilarious and second god awful. Trump 2020 I hate to say it never have I ever hated and loved a president with the same passion. His core values are what I love the rest he needs to chill out on, but God damn the man's values are on point. What do you think of the man?

Met this girl at the park, started hanging out long story short we fell head over heels in love with each other within a month. Yes the honeymoon phase is just a phase I get it, but this girl is everything I didnt know I wanted even when we fight I love her. My only problem is she thinks I'm too flirty and I know she is too jealous. Every argument we have had has been her calling me out for being too nice to a waitress or too joking with a bartender, she clearly has a jealousy problem and she admits it, but she doesnt understand that I'm not flirty I'm just friendly wether you're a male or female I joke around and banter.

Well we decided we need space so can I date around or not. She brought up the space thing  but didnt clarify. I love her but I'm not gonna sit around and wait for her to understand I only want her and I'm not putting up with her jealously.

Need a new vehicle under 10 thousand. I'm constantly in the mountains on back roads that are pretty rocky and not maintained. I camp or fish every weekend so I'm constantly exploring. I also have a large kayak and a boat so I need it to tow at least a small boat. I love the 4 runners but they are hard to find under 10, what about a Nissan xterra? any ideas on trucks under 10?

In the past I'd just use violence and it works every time, but I'm a changed man and I'm not trying to catch another assault charge. I've already lost a friend out of this, but how do I get my money? Any tips?

I've struggled with these for 6 years now and each year they get worse. I have a few months out of the year where I feel completely normal and 1 or 2 months out of the year where I feel amazing. The rest of the year I'm clutching my gun in bed just staring at the wall jumping from one reason to keep living to another. I've tried every med and I found the best ones for me but eventually raising my dose doesn't work. I've been to therapy and cbt for years, but it just makes me more anxious and unstable. They say I have treatment resistant bipolar ll. They doctor basically your I'm ******, but I can work on my social anxiety. The only problem is therapy hasn't helped and my meds don't really do much for anxiety. Are there any extreme techniques or classes of any non traditional treatments

I know he's looked at as an evil man and I would certainly agree, but you can't deny the fact that he went from a nobody to a man who was idealized by most of his nation. I can't help but look with amazement at his determination (granted some of his goals were despicable crimes) the man still managed to play the hand he was delt and truck through any nay sayers. Reading investing for dummies by Eric Tyson and he has wonderful information on strategic plays to keep your bank accounts healthy, but I m finding his advice on stocks bland. Its conflicting with things I ve learned. He says precious metals aren t worth investing in and only buy a stock if you plan on holding it for 5 years or more. Im trying to get a solid grasp of how it all works, but everyone I listen to is contradicting eachother. Ive been studying for weeks and i still feel like im in the dark. I just want a solid foundation before I invest is it just me or is it just a leap of faith for the first few investments until I find my own strategy?
