I had NYC tickets from a year ago that were on my old car that was registered in PA. the tickets caused me to get my car towed by NYC because an address change was reported and i had too many outstanding tickets. So now I live in NC and I am about to buy a car. will the DMV here see my nyc tickets. im just curious.

I got into a small fender bender and I agreed to pay woman back. She started harassing me calling 20 x's a day and by the 4th day I told her to take me to court she was calling me entirely too much, when I've already started making payments. I want her to repair the damage to my car now and we have gone to get estimate. My estimates were a lot lower than hers. Still I agreed to pay her price. I received the small claims paperwork and her name isn't on the paper. How do I countersue if the person responsible was her but it wasn't her car??? Will I possibly get the money for the damage to my car even tho she never offered to pay?

i got into an accident with a woman it was a small fender bender she suggested we dont go through insurance because our premiums would go up. i agreed and got estimates, my guy said $350 her guy said $485. so we go with her guy. i make one payment, i make a promisory note to make a payments to her. my phone got damaged and i couldnt use it for 4 days. she went ballistic that she couldnt contact me, she called 17 times in one day, and leaving threatening voicemails from her phone other people phones 6am in th morning. so i got irritated and said take me to court. when in all actuality i am willing to pay. now we were both turning left and she hit the very back of my car. i was in a middle lane turning left so i felt i was in the wrong. but now she is saying she was in the turning lane going straight so we are both in the wrong. anyway, i get a court date, and the person suing me isnt her nor does she have the same last name. What does that mean? it is a mans name so i am assuming its her boyfriends. does the car she was driving not being insured or registered to her have anything to do in the lawsuit? will it work in my favor?

i am looking for employment maybe with driving a city bus or acces a ride. something like that. i was looking up costs and fees online for nyc but i seem to only see cdl hazmat. is that the same as the cdl iw ould need to drive a bus? also if anyone has the correct link to the cost and fees for nyc please help. i already have my drivers license.

my sister on my dads side has a sister on her moms side. what is she to me?

i have recently had children removed from my home because of tardy paperwork from a foster agency. (which wasnt really tardy but thats here nor there). i was a kinship foster parent. On the day of removal I notified the agency that i indeed had all paperwork done but a medical physical needed. i remembered going to a hospital where an intake specialist (not a doctor) asked a million questions and i answered. some admitting to mental issues because i wanted to seek help. (2 years ago). anyway, at a family preservation meeting the coordinater/director whomever..announced in a room full of people all of my medical information in the booklet, i handed her for her own information to decide if the children can remain with me. she in return told me the paper was not valid but would not only not return it to me, but read it aloud in a room with (myself, my boyfriend, 3 of my cousins, one being 4 yrs old, a boyfriend of the cousin, acs worker, social worker, case manager, case worker, and the worst of all a complete stranger to me..the new foster parent. getting personal and in detail. was i violated? please email me at desire71686@aol.com if u can help. i was not only embaressed, but angry. she was so rude and ignorant. even very unprofessional. i thought mmedical records were confidental unless i signed a medical release. is this related to hippa in anyway. please help!!

I am a foster parent right? and children were removed from my home because of paperwork due nov26th, that was not handed in on nov6th. atleast thats what i was told about the situation. i contacted the biological father, and the childrens lawyer, and social worker who knew nothing about this. the agency i deal with has told the biological father's lawyer information about my health records that i told the agency. the lawyer who then notified the biological father that they were going around and telling people i had a mental disorder i was never diagnosed with. what can i do, i am already in the process of filing a complaint with the company. do i have a good claim here? because people at this foster agency has not only lied about things concerning me. they took my babies away for no reason. they were fed properly and clothed. attending school. they've been moved too many times. i really need the help of someone who knows more about the situation. this agency messed up and to cover there behind they took the children for me. lies, on top of lies, mistakes and everything.

Today i took my first celexa pill, it is my first time on anti-depressants, earlier before i took any of my meds (i am also a diabetic), i wasn't feeling good. i hadent eaten in 2 days because i got my wisdom tooth pulled, i was aggravated wit the boyfriend...so basically i was in a wreck!! i went to my doctor, and he gave me celexa prescription. I took all my meds,ate, and took a long nap, I woke up feeling great, enthusiastic, less worried about my boyfriend acactingike a -u kno what-. and maybe my mind is playin tricks on me, but could this drug possibly be working in a matter of hours?? I feel great! anyone else out there on celexa? give me your opinion about the drug. please.

ok, i am 21 and recently diagnosed with diabetes type 1. my doctor told me i could have had it for years, and because i am so young other doctors wouldnt think to test me for it...so Ive only had one yeast infection before diagnosed. i was diagnosed 3 years ago and since then had three yeast infections...so my questions are

-is it the diabetes, or the medication that causes the yeast inf?

-what are ways to avoid yeast infections?

- is it in any way sexually transmitted..

-is having too much sex one of the issues?

-can my doctor prescibe me yeast infection meds ahead of time, so that i dont have to go get a prescription each time?

cuz my boyfriend and i are very sexually active, and these little spells are causing a problem...what to do?

i had three steaks one day. why would that cause food poisoning?

i ate 3 steaks one day i was super hungry. and i made them. the next morning, i felt indeigestion. i have diabetes, and sometimes, the food sits in my stomach for hours before digesting. so i hate throwing up and i waited for a whole day to pass before forcing myself to throw up food that was still in my stomach, and felt better. its been about 16 hours now, and i am hungry of course, and i am afraid that the next thing i eat will have me sick again? what do you guys think?

i am 21 years old, and i have my own apt, ive been planning on remodeling at home, nothng big and too expensive, but something nice warm, amd welcoming, most of my home is done except for the livingroom, i was thinking of painting the walls honey, to have a chocolate, and beige couch, and cream curtains, with a nuetral colored carpet. my livingroom and dining area are intertwined, so i would have my dining table be glass, or wood. but no whites or blacks, i want all warm cozy furniture and colors. what do you guys think? i want browns, but not to bright. so whats a good color scheme or layout for nuetrals/browns.

when i go on internet explorer, or firefox all pages load super slow...i have had internet aircards before on this same computer and it wasnt so slow, is there some settings beside the obvious i could fix? i clear my cache, and delete cookies, and temporary files, it doesnt help, i stop all programs from running it didnt change, i load up all programs to start up..it really changed nothing.

i am 21 and justr diagnosed with type 1 diabetes, and since ive been on my insulin, and metformin, i have noticed, my areola (around my nipple) has been really dry, and brittle, so have my lips...and no where else on my body, so what i was wondering if the meds was causing this, but more curious to if my hypothesis of my lips and areola being made of the same skin it correct....
