I don't masturbate frequently, and when I do, my mind is usually blank. I think I'm rather asexual. But I just recently got a girlfriend, and now my raging hormones are telling me to push her down and procreate. Of course, I can't do that right now, because of various reasons I'm not going bother to explain.

In any case, I also feel some sort of guilt masturbating to her. I know we mutually love each other, but I don't know how she'd feel if I told her that I want to, and how'd she feel if I did. This is kind of a stupid question, but maybe someone here can shed a bit of light as to what most girls think.

Okay, I'm about a year and a half from graduating high school, and to this day I wear hand-me-downs and things that my parents by from Chinatown or overseas, where 3 t-shirts sell for $5. They're lame, marked with poorly edited English and failed attempts to copy name brands. You probably get me by now.

In any case, I've been particular fine with this because I've never really cared about how I looked, but it's come to my attention that in a mature setting people will not take you seriously if you dress as so. However, my parents will not let me buy my own clothes because they are "expensive" and crap like that, when they themselves own 3x to 4x more articles of clothing than I do.

While I do get money from allowances and elsewhere, my parents would not approve of me using it to buy anything else than food and books, and so if I actually did buy my own clothes they'd realize because I now don't look like a overgrown 12 year old and proceed to chastise me for my "poor monetary sense."

So what shall I do?

And what should I be wearing to seem more mature? Note that my personality is quite childish, so while I can wear a suit and tie all the time, it doesn't represent who I am, so to speak. I want to wear something around my age yet not seem like a total douche. Something that will allow me to fit in a college setting.

I've had these for a while, and I never thought much of them until recently when I notice they seemed to be increasing in numbers.

They are irregularly shaped spots that run around my circumcision scar, and when squeezed, act like a pimple (as in a white mass comes out) but in VERY VERY little amounts. I cannot "empty" these spots because it's extremely painful to press on them with the force necessary to squeeze the white stuff out.

So what are these? Just pimples? And how do I get rid of them?

If you consider the fact that many people in their twenties have huge age gaps with their partners, it seems less inappropriate, but how about a 16 year old and a 12 year old?

This is apparently the answer to Project Euler Question 1, and I was wondering what the thought process is in this code. I do not know the some of the commands listed as well, so please explain that too.

There's this girl that has caught my attention, and my interest in her grows by the day. However, we only see each other at a tutoring center, around 2 days a week. I act how I usually do, not trying to be poser, compliments, jokes, and regular conversations, and it seems to be working (you can tell when they say stupid things for the heck of saying something, and you try to work with it so they don't feel stupid.) Now I would like to see her more often, but how can I do so without it sounding like a date? And a study date is out of the question, since we are in different grades.

I recently s-offed and rooted my phone, but without any other research, and I found that Cyanogen(mod) doesn't have a custom ROM for HTC Vivid :/

I don't really trust other ROMs, but if you do, please post them and list any troubles that you have with the ROM, and how its stacks up compared to Cyanogen(mod.) Thank you!

I upgraded my computer from 4 GBs of RAM (2x 2GB cards) to 8 GBs (4x 2GB cards.) I have also ensured that my motherboard/processor is compatible with the RAM cards and size as well. However, after installation, I noticed that my computer does in fact log 8GB in the System Tab of the Control Panel, the Task Manager seems to acknowledge that I have 8 GBs installed, BUT, my Google Chrome seems to be fizzing out for no apparent reason, giving "Aw Snap" messages. I have installed the cards twice already, the first time I was met with BSODS, but the second time, it seems mostly fine.

I'm guessing it's either a problem with my hardware, or I'm missing a step in installing these cards. Help, pl0x?

I am a 15 year old male, social, and I would have to say, pretty normal. I do like girls, and I am straight.

However: I have a strange attraction to younger girls. A lot younger...

I'm talking about maybe, 5th-6th grade up? It's not like I'm only attracted to them, I like older girls as well, but is it normal to have a, for lack of a more political correct term, sexually attracted to them?

The reason I'm afraid is that I want to conform with society and say pedophilia is harmful, but I can see its reasons and basis...

I also heard that pedophiles do not discriminate with gender. In my case, I only like girls. Does that still, you know, make me a perverse individual? Should I seek psychological care?

I recently had a dream that has been bugging me for days. It isn't reoccuring, but it's extremely vivid. To be honest, I don't believe in things occult, etc., but if you can tell me anything, whether it be about my personality, my feelings, or even about something as unbelievably fantastic as my future, I would appreciate it.

Basically, a few months ago I had confessed to my crush, but I told her that I didn't understand my feelings completely and told her not to reply, and she accepted that and told me nothing.

I met her for the first time at some academic enrichment program, and I was leaving the program, so I also told her that I wouldn't see her anymore, and that was that.

I also knew that she didn't like me. Maybe as a friend, but I knew she liked a few other guys. She tended to avoid me at times, but not to he point of alienation. I even told her that when I confessed.

Anyways, the dream went like this.

I was trying to build a computer out of scrap, based on the idea of Alan Turing's impossible machine (tape infinitely long with 0s and 1s written on it), and I did so with the help of an obscure Hispanic kid my age. We worked in his dad's van, and we needed a single Double A battery. I left the van, and right across the street was that academic enrichment program. I went in and began looking for a battery. When I had found it, a Duracell, the thought of that girl hit me. I went into the old room that we used to be in, and I saw her. But this time, her hair was pink instead of black, and she wore a really girly sweater (light blue or pink), which she would never do. She was busy reading, or playing some handheld game ( i can't recall) and so she didn't see me. I felt pretty embarrassed, so I left. Walking out, the van changed shape but my Hispanic buddy and his dad was still in the car. ( White car, always had been white). Suddenly, I felt a tug on my shirt, and the girl I like was behind me.

She looks up at me with these pathetic eyes, and she says...

I recently built a computer and I'm having a bit of an issue: The computer powers off at random times. Sometimes not at all. But when it powers off, it doesn't go to the "Windows is shutting off" screen. It just *zap* goes dead.

Furthermore, the computer would not turn on until I unplug EVERYTHING. The powerstrip, the power cable, and then I have to turn the powersupply off and back on again.

Logically, it's probably an unstable power supply, but what do you think? Am I right?

I'm a newblet tinkerer, and I'm actually in the process of installing a Nvidia GTX 560 Ti GPU.

Now you may be wondering, "What does that have to do with the SATA slot on the motherboard?"

Well.

The GPU is perfect size for the PC, but those two plugs are blocking it.

So, I heard I couldn't move the SATA 0, which is okay, since it's mostly the SATA 1 bothering me.

CAN I MOVE THE SATA 1 plug to another slot?

Okay, I just got into computer building/modifying, and I did something really, really stupid. I don't know what came over me, but whatever...

I took the GPU out of the antistatic bag, placed it on a running laptop, touched it repeatedly to look around it without touching metal to remove the static from my hands (although I felt no shock touching the GPU), and I'm standing on carpet.

So, I gently placed it back into the bag, and into a drawer. Where it will stay until I get an answer to this question.

I met this girl back 4 years ago, and at that time, I didn't feel any sort of attraction to her.

If I were to describe her, she's a tad bit immature. She is rebellious against her parents, and lacks some common sense, and she's also quite stubborn. But, there's something really bothering me, and it's that I have this feeling that somewhere deep in her heart, she's pretty troubled.

I've seen her cry for simple reason before, but every time she does, I feel as if there's a deeper meaning to the reason she cries.

After looking around throughout the Yahoo! website, it seems to me as if Yahoo removes any question as long as more than one person, or rather "account" (since a person/troll usually has more than one account), or whenever Yahoo! receives a appeal, it automatically redirects it to a "unsuccessful" appeal section. My point is, a lot of have been penalized for things we have not done, or even, penalized for no reason. Then, when we appeal, we lose even more points. Personally, I stopped appealing these things because I never win, but my question is this. How does the appeal system work? Is Yahoo filled with lazy staff members that are too busy playing Skyrim all day on their computer?

No offense, I'm just pretty angry, I really want to know the situation here.

I recently downloaded Python, after here it is a very good, C and C++ like software, so I was wondering, HOW DO I EVEN USE IT. I understand that programming is essentially putting together a string of commands, but how do I save it so it can actually work? I have no idea what to do, and to be honest, I actually haven't even opened up Python, nor tried it out, nor looked up a tutorial. Let's put it this way: I'm a total beginner. You'll have to teach me like I'm a first grader.

But don't divulge everything, I want to try it myself. Just give me the basics of Python, and how to create a super simple program with it.

Now, I feel as if I'm a little late in the game, but I really want to learn programming and potentially going on to join or even create a business like Adobe, or even Symantec, or etc. Even possibly hacking as a potential career. (I know the difference between a cracker and a hacker, so, I don't want to fool around with games nor stealing money from PayPals.)

But, I obviously need to learn some kind of programming language to get started. From my search for further information, I have heard from different kinds of people to learn C, C++, HTML, XHTML, Java, and Python. But these are meaningless words to me right now. Can someone explain the differences in layman's terms, tell which one is the easiest to learn, if there's a better language to start with, and how long it takes to learn a languages.

On further note, I'm planing to take AP Comp Sci, but they changed the curriculum from C++ to Java... So...

Furthermore, I've heard that the best OS to practice with is Linux, but I'm unsure of where to get it, how to install it, and if it's worth downloading it into my computer. I also hear that Linux is trash, but honestly, I don't know. Who knows, one man's trash is another man's treasure?

(Oh, I know C++ is a must, but I'm not sure if I'm ready for that yet.)

The story takes place in the island of Spatium, an island so rich and advanced in technology that all nations wish to be in an alliance with the island; however, none have succeeded. In fact, the technological advancements of the island are so far ahead of the world that normal technology seems prehistoric in comparison. The only problem is the technology in the island is not released to the public, just demonstrated, and no one can enter or leave the island.

The reason to such advancement is the peculiar properties the island possesses. A few people in the island have the a unique ability known as “spatiotemporal manipulation” in which the people with the powers can manipulate certain aspects of time and space, for example, the warping of objects to another location, manipulation of all metal elements, the manipulation of motion, ability to create portals (most common) and manipulation of matter.

It turns out that these powers were due to a mechanism hidden within the island. The island itself is a computer that is able to create a virtual space/time that replaces the original, allowing people to connect with the space like how someone can program software.

The story revolves around a kid who was the sole survivor of a war going on outside of the island. He is personally admitted into the island due to his relations with a high ranking official of the island. He is sent to a training school where they teach students to use spatiotemporal manipulation and train them to become part of a special police force simply known as [something].

After passing the school, he is sent to the police force. Soon after, his relative (high ranking official) is murdered. The kid is now sent on a deadly mystery that is connected with the creation of the island, and soon learns a secret that might threaten the entire world.

[Note: He doesn’t know that the island is a computer. No one does until the end.]

[Note: The secret is that the leader of the island is trying to replace space and time in the entire world so he could be like a god. The students with powers were just test subjects for him.]
