Since late April/early May my left hand has been getting numb/tingly when I wake up in the morning, and essentially lasts for a day or two before returning to normal. It only happens after a night of alcohol consumption (usually pretty heavy consumption one-two times per week). I am 22 years old, very physically active (was a division 1 sprinter until I graduated in May), and consume about a gallon of water each day.

It isn't painful or anything, just quite annoying.

Anyone have a clue why this would happen?

I can start 3 receivers. I've got Randy Moss, Santana Moss, Donald Driver, Johnny Knox, Sidney Rice. It's clear that I'm going to start Randy. Between the other 4, I was thinking Driver and Santana, but it's really a crapshoot.

Hello, I am trying to program/set up, what have you, a cable box with the Comcast service. I am trying to do this without having a Comcast technician come to my house (so I can avoid the extra charges). I already have a box, but can't figure out how to make it work. Anybody know how to do this?

For those who don't know what a hotel party is, each room in the house will have a different drink. I live with 8 other guys, and we're going to do a country themed hotel party. That is, each room is its own country, and will have a drink associated with that country.

I was thinking Ireland and having Irish Car Bombs, but that is too ordinary. I want something that everyone will love and want to continuously come back for. Any ideas?

I live in Philadelphia, and my room gets quite cold during the winter. Our heat won't go above 60 degrees, regardless of how high we set the thermostat. My room, being on the first floor, does not stay warm, ever. My windows provide absolutely no insulation; a draft can be felt through the windows. It reaches temperatures below 50 degrees in my room when I don't have a space heater turned on. I have called over and over and over to have my windows fixed, and I have made multiple appointments to have their maintenance crew fix this problem for me. Every time, however, nobody has showed up to make these repairs. Now my phone calls aren't being answered. What can I do to fix this?

I've got Adrian Peterson, Lendale White, Chris Johnson, and Ronnie Brown (yes, normal yahoo 10-team league). Peterson has a bye, so I have to decide who to start. I'm going with Ronnie Brown, and I think Chris Johnson, but I'm not sure if I should go with White because he is getting the goal line carries. Any advice?

I take 10 mg of Ritalin, usually only when I need to study (yes, I'm prescribed). It helps me stay focused, but unlike an energy drink, it won't help me stay awake enough. For example, it's 6:18 where I am and I just took two pills. My eyes are still heavy, which I expect because I've had track practice today and have had long days this past week. Is it okay to have an energy drink along with the Ritalin I took to "wake me up", so to say?

I heard this song one time in a friend's car, and I thought it was kind of stupid, until i heard it again that is. I can't find the name of the song, and I don't even know any words, or if there are any words for that matter. All I know is it sounds like there is some chanting and it sounds sort of arabic. The chanting is like "laaaa lala la la lala laaaaaaaaa". If you can make sense of the la's it will make sense. Thats all I know. Also, I heard the song while watching the olympics. It was playing during a women's beach volleyball match.

I'm in college and I am going to be a junior. I am living at school about 4-5 hours away from home. Three of my friends living together tell me a date they are going to come and visit me, about 2 weeks in advance. I plan a party for them. I invite friends from my school and from home, and I plan on spending money for alcohol, etc. Three days before this is supposed to happen, one of them calls me and tells me that their grandfather is in the hospital and it isnt looking good. I understand that they can't come so I cancel the party. The next day I get a call back saying they are going to come anyway so I give the party a green light and get the alcohol, enough for a solid party. About 20 minutes after they told me they started driving over I get a call from them saying they can't come anymore because their "mom" won't let them anymore. I understand the situation, until later in the night when I talk to one of the guys who is intoxicated. They were living 2 hours away from home as it was, and he told me they went home and got drunk with the friends from home. So basically what it seems like is they cut 2 hours off their drive to get drunk with the normal guys instead of following their word and partying here, a party that was set up distinctly for them. Should I be upset about this? I consider these guys to be some of my best friends, but this just makes me think twice.

I figured out that Ricky Bobbi (Will Ferrel)'s father drinks malt liquor throughout the entire film, and I figured out that it is called Laughing Clown. Is this actually a malt liquor, or was it made up for the movie?

One of my 8 roommates uses everyone elses laptop/computer when they are not home. I walked into my room the other day and he was on my computer doing god knows what. When I went to check my history, it was delete. Today another of my roommates told me that the same guy was using my computer again. Now I understand that I could lock my computer or the door to my room everytime I leave, but I just don't remember to do it everytime. Is there any way that I can recover the history that he has deleted. I want to see what he is doing on my computer, and I want to be able to catch him in the future. Is there any possible way to do any of these?

My buddy told me that Best Buy will buy back used or broken ipods (not at full price). Anybody know if this is true?

I have recently grown a goatee, and I am having trouble trimming its length. I have an electric beard trimmer which works fine to shape it, but it is difficult to trim the length with it. What do you recommend I do to trim the length? Should I get hair clippers?

The past few days I have been having trouble with the startup on my Latitude D820. From the minute I press the power button, it takes my computer about 10-15 minutes to become usable. It is fine up until the login screen where I enter my username and password, but once I log in, the wait until I can do anything is excruciating. This started just two days ago when there was a security update for Windows Vista; I am using the premium version. I tried uninstalling the update to see if that was the problem, but there was no difference, so I just reinstalled the update. I have noticed lately that my Latitude has been getting very hot lately, which I suspect may be the problem. I ran the defragment utility, but I had no success in improvement. Does anyone have any ideas on what the problem could be, or how I could fix this problem? If more information is needed about my laptop, let me know. It is a Latitude D820, which I've had for about 1 1/2 years, Vista I've had since it was released.

I've been feeling pretty crappy for about a week now. I'm getting very little sleep, about 5-6 hours (usually get 8-9), I've lost about 5 lbs in the last few days, I have a loss of appetite, nightly headaches, when I am hungry and I start eating I'll get satisfied very quickly, but the worst part is that I've had a pain under the lower part of my left rib, on the side of my body. I'm thinking it could be a tape worm or something? I have midterms this week so I don't have time to get to the doctor. Anyone have any ideas on what it could be?
