As of right now, I am running about 4 times a week. I currently run an 8 minute 30 second mile. I have not ran more than a mile. I am usually pretty drained for a few minutes after the run, but I regain my energy a few minutes later. I need to be able to run 1.5 miles in under 12 minutes and 38 seconds. Probably my around April, May, or June. Any suggestions?

I have a 2 year upgrade coming up in april, and I'm wondering what the price would be to get the env3. I'm a secondary phone on the contract, so i was just wondering how much it would be.

hey, i need some help. yesterday my mobile IM forwarding was working fine, today, when i got home, i tried to put my status to mobile and it asked if i wanted to set up IM forwarding so messages will be sent to my phone. I deleted the device and have registered it probably 20 times now, and everytime i click my status as mobile, it asks if i want to register a device. I go to my mobile settings on AIM and IM forwarding is turned on and everything's how it should be, but i can not go mobile. does anyone know how to help?

Okay, I have a Toshiba Tecra 8100, and when i was doing the add or remove hardware, i accidentilly deleted some drivers that i need, specifically the audio driver. I have windows xp pro and a toshiba tecra 8100. I've downloaded and had to uninstall many audio drivers....What driver works with this?

I know for a fact I'll be able to learn everything with my hands, but the bass pedal, i dont know if i can get that too well, but anyway...what type of drum set should i get. remember, i'm just starting, i need to learn

alright ive ollied sets before, but they were like 5 or 6, but now that i want to try 7 and 8, im kind of scared....how do i get over the fear of getting seriously hurt so i can do them, i know i can im just afraid...

ok, i can get the full 360 flip but i only land on the nose and i always bail.... is thetre i way i can keep it from going behind me while doing it?

ok when i try my treflip i get the board to do a 360, and i can keep it under me, but i cant get the full kickflip part in there, i tried flicking harder and it didnt work, does anyone know what im doing wrong? someone help me
