?

I am downloading it from Origins. I get to able 99/100% and then it goes back to 40%. I also download the stuff back that came with it Town Suite fine. I don't know if there are just so many other people downloading this game or what. I am off work until Tuesday, then I won't have much time to play. Any suggestions?

I just bought a new laptop with Windows 8 installed. They force you to you a Windows Live Account (Hotmail) to log-in. This worked fine for a week or so. Yesterday, I went to log on and I got the message that my password was incorrect. It wasn't. After multiple tries, I did reset the password. I can still log in to Hotmail so the password is correct yet I still can't log in as the administration. I did have another thing that I could log in to but all my information is on the admin. account. Plus, I can't install anything or change anything without that password working. I know that others are having the same problem. My password(s) are less than 15 characters. I've tried the number locks. I can't restore without that password...I don't have a CD or anything. Any advice would be appreciated.
