I am performing for NYSSMA in a few weeks, and I'm in 8th grade. It's a level 6 flute solo, The Swiss Shepherd by Morlacchi. I am working over spring break right now, so I don't have access to my teacher for help. I need to perfect my double tonguing, it's not matching up with my fingers! Also, I'm noticing you can't hear my lower register clearly, and my high register isn't very "pretty," I guess. It's all sounding a bit breathy, and I'm flipping out! You can hear a gross breathy noise over the notes. Mamianka, do you have any tips or exercises that could help with my tone during double tonguing? Any help would be appreciated!

My eyes give me headaches when I'm outside or in bright light. Also, when in the car and going over a hill, on the top of the hill there will be a thin line that's blurry looking, then going down the I'll see dark puddles that disappear when we get closer. And I start to involuntarily cry if I'm watching TV for a long time. I were glasses, and have almost -8 vision in both eyes, I'm 13, if that means anything. This has been happening for a long time.

Please note, I don't really make clothes or pillows, curtains, etc. I make plush monsters!
