Can i just dye the roots with blonde hair dye or do i have to bleach it first?

Ok, i'm 17, i'm having suicidal thoughts like i've planned out how i'm going to do it, i'm cutting myself in two - three sessions each day about 10-20 cuts each, and they are quite deep, they bleed for about twenty minuets. The thing is I know i'm not ok, some part of me is still here, and this part of me called up the mental health team and made an urgent appointment. So i'm sitting here waiting for there call tomorrow, keeping myself busy so i don't have time to think and do something stupid.

I want to know if this is enough to put me in hospital? Because if i don't get help i know i'm going to get worse, i don't want to get worse, but in a way i don't care? And what am i to expect if i do end up there. When it comes down to it i do want to get better.

I was dating my ex for just over 2 months. We broke up about 2 and a half months ago now and are kind of friends.

About a week ago i was at a party and had a few to many drinks. Ok so i'm going to a salon to get my hair dyed blonde in a few weeks. Being a self dyed red/purple head i know it's going to take some severe bleaching to get me down to the light blonde i want. I was wondering if anyone knew any ways to prep my hair to make it stronger now before the bleach goes in.

My hair is mid length and really dark and i know its going to damage my hair.

Ok whenever i go into add hadware it comes up with;

and then just you can only press exit, any idea how to fix this, i'm having trouble with my messenger i get error code 80080005 for that one.
