    Ok,I was on diet for long time and 3 days ago I was invited for dinner and I ate roast chicken breast and half glass of wine and one piece of bread...I was 138 before now there is 3 days I weigh myself and I am 141:(I dont know what happened I think I am retaining water but still a lot left to my period (10 days),did you have such experience?is it just water retaining or I really gained weight??I am active and exercise 3-4 times a week (cardio,700 calories everytime)pls help?!!

    I am so upset a few days ago I weighed myself in the morning before breakfast I was 138..and I was so happy thant I lost 2 pounds...but this morning I was 142 I hate this...it is not near my period (12 days left to)...I dont know what to do..I wanna give up dieting.(I am 5 8'' ,26,and female if it helps)

    Ok,I'm 26 5 8'',140 lbs,my mesurement is 35-26-38 I lost around 20 pounds in 3 month (from 160 to 140)with exercise and diet.Now ,I know that I want to lose more and go like 135,something...but I think I am falling in anorexia,how can avoid that?and another think I want my hips to be 35'' but I already fill bones from sides,I mean I think I cant lose from width....what should I do?do you think I am ok or I should lose more from hips?I already fit in size 4 (canada) and I am a medium frame female.

    ok,there is about 3 months that I am exercising regularly(every other day) and I do cardio about an hour in each session,my maximal heart rate is 158 and doesnt go more than that whatever I do,I wonder if it is still in fat burning range?what should I do.

    I applied for schengen visa in ottawa(canada) for a 7 day trip there is 4 weeks that I didnt recieve answer,,,I went there they said they dont know!!!!they didnt recieve it yet!!!do they send passports to italy to issue the visa or what???and if it is normal to take this long???(I am not canadian just resident..)

  • I hate when somebody open his mouth while chewing food?

    It is a bit odd,but i hate when somebody makes noise while eating or open his mouth while chewing,the worst thing is sitting beside someone who eats cheaps,it is destroying my relationships with people,help please...
