  • What is the best set up for a 1980 Corvette 350 5.7l V8?

I have a 1989 Camaro with a 1980 Corvette 350, 5 speed. Roughly 5000 miles on the rebuilt engine, completely new suspension and front end (springs, struts, ball joints, etc.) new clutch kit and hydraulics. It has 400 heads that have been milled, 2.02" valves with a small cam, new lifters, rockers, push rods, double roller timing chain, and gears. Also has a Brodix aluminum high rise intake, an Edelbrock 700 carb (not sure if its a 700cfm or what, i found the number 1405 on it so I assumed it was an Edelbrock 1405). Along with powder coated headman shorty headers and 3" exhaust. And last but not least a new high tork mini starter. I'm very new to carburated engines, as this is my first one. I bought it with all this done to it already. Oh and it has flat top pistons.

Pretty much I'm trying to get an idea of what kind of power I have and how much I could get with the current set up. Also, how to get it. Oh and the electric fan is set to come on at 180 and go off at 200, not sure what that means exactly, but is that a good setting?
