I am trying to make a page with two text boxes and a button.

The box asks for the password and the next one asks for confirming password

I want to make a code that will check whether the password has atleast 8 characters, one numeral and one special character.

How to proceed?

Can someone make a small prototype of this code

I am applying for a transfer to universities like Stanford, Cornell, UPenn, UIUC and Yale.

I got a low SAT score (1850). wr:570, read:570, math:710 .

I have a college GPA of 3.96 uw (9,9 on a scale of 10) and a high school rank 2 in my HS. Also i am third in my university(BITS pilani, India) which is one of Indias premiere univs.

My School GPA is also around 3.85 uw.

I have a lot of EC's, Football, singing, shell eco marathon, College Press, app development etc.I got a rank of around 6000 in in a major competetive exam in India which is higher than AP level. Also i have around 37 transferrable credit and also a national rank of 120 in science olympiad.

I don't know why my SAT scores were less, probably because of my vocab , as i have a TOEFL score of 108.

(sorry for lots of data...!!!)

Should i apply, do i stand any chances of getting selected.

Do sat score matter a lot?

What are the lowest scores known to be admitted.

Please help ,valuable info needed .

I am currently studying in BITS Pilani, India.

I am planning to apply for transfer to a US university in fall 2014.

I have completed 16 credits in my first semester and have a GPA of 4.94 in my first semester.

I will give SAT 1 on 26 jan 2014 and hence dont have enough time to give the SAT subject tests.

although i have completed science(phy, chem, bio) courses in my 1st semester, do i still need to give sat subject tests.

The websites of Harvard, MIT, CALtech etc. say that i need to give sat subject tests but they dont mention whether its only for UG applicants or for both transfer and UG applicants.

Please help.

Also is toefl a necessary test to be taken for transfers if i have completed 4 years of english in high school.

Also, i need to know a website where i can get info for transfers(except collegeboard).

hi i just bought an alienware m14x.

soon after the first use i restarted the pc. the alien command center was opening until then.

after shutting down the windows made some updates (windows 7 pro)

after switching on the computer again the alien command center isnt opening again.

also when i switch on the laptop it shows an error in the home screen thet some clrjit.dll file is not working or is corrupt.

is this the reason why alien fx isnt working.

pls suggest a solution.

i just bought an iphone

and tried to put music into it

i downloaded itunes created a playlist

when i click on sync it works fine till step 6 of 6

the songs dont get into my iphone and the process of syncing continues for a long time for the first song (the blue bar sticks at the same place and the description below it says copying song 1 of 10)

after sometime a window appears saying song could not be put into i phone because a timeout occured

i cant retract the foreskin of me penis

whenever i try to do it it becomes erect

earlier i didnt take any external protein but now have started taking whey protein

i have got a bottle of whey protein which has 24.6 grams protein per 30 gram

how much protein should i take and which is the right time to take protein

some people say that i should take it evenly throughout the day

but i dont know at what time and what quantity should i take it

(also if any trainer sees this question can you please suggest some exercises for my thighs and legs)

i am 16 yrs old n want to devolov ABS n my biceps

i run for 7 kms daily

i do 60 crunches

n 60 sit ups daily

i do 30 reps of bicycle

30 mason twists

some yoga daily

for biceps i lift 5 kgs for 50 reps for both hands

n 12 kgs with both hands for 30 reps

is this exercise sufficient

do i need to do something else too

n also im a bit fat too

i am 6 feet n my weight is 77kgs

there is fat on the sides of my tummy but the front part is almost flat

pls suggest some exercise for them also

also how much time will this whole process take

I have a 1.5 yr old RES

he used to eat a lot just 3 days ago

suddenly he stopped eating or eats very less

i hav an aquarium enough for 1 turtle

a UVA/B bulb a, heating bulb

i dont hav a temprature controller although

i feed him tubiflex worms and commercial turtle pellets wice a day.

is it because winter is approaching

or because it needs a mate

my turtle w as basking in my terrace

it was running here and there

suddenly it went into the drainage pipe

it fell down 5 floors through the pipe

when i went down to find it its nose(idont know actually there was a drop of blood on its face

i immidiately brouht him up and washed it water

then i put it in very dilute betadine solution

i think it fell shell first but uts shell isnt cracked

The male turtle is sleeping all day long

I Dont think i need to maintain the temp as i live in India and the avg temp here is 30.C(86.F) in bask area

and 77.F in water

and if i put him in water he just floats and after some time climbs on the basking rock and sleeps again
