I always feel sleepy when working so I always drink energy drink like (cobra (google it)) and when I feel much intense sleepiness I drink coffee after.

someone told me that energy drink is unhealthy. it increases the risk of heart attack and I can experience palpitation? I dont know what that means so pls help

if this is true , then maybe thats the reason why my gf was delayed .before she was delayed for a month, and now for 3 days ,shes being paranoid about it. anyone have you experienced this ?? is it true? we have sex this july 25 and she supposed to have her period this 27.

so I have 2 pups. maybe 3 to 4 months old, our neighbor's dog is sick and vomits alot. she looks so exhausted and her tail points downward ( as we know they're not in good condition if their tail is pointing downward )

the problem is its like there is an epidemic. all the other dogs in our compound just become like her. the sickness spreads and now my dogs are infected . and my dog felt so weak, vomits ,and doesnt want to eat anything! and sadly one of mine died this day.

I thought my neighbor's dog just ate spoiled food

I know that my pups eat clean and healthy food.

I tried forcing them to atleast take water with sugar ( mix, I know that this mixture cures dog's vomitting.) but since today my remaining pup is still weak and feels the same :(

so do you know what is happening to them?? what kind of disease or sickness is this?? and how can we help them?

Its coming back again!. i really hate this.

It 1st happened when I was 17yrs old. I was so stressed in school, having some problem with my relationship, and some stressful things. But I am a positive thinker so I dont consider those things a big deal.. Its just i really cant stop blinking. SPECIALLY when I am talking to someone/ seeing someone, and when I noticed someone LOOKING AT ME.. I BLINK ALOT!! i feel very conscious about myself and i think ive lost my confidence so whenever theres alot of people around me. i just keep blinking and there are times I almost cried with no reason !

I was really embarrassed before. but ive overcome that. that excessive blinking lasted for around 1yr.

and now i'm 21, im working now,newly employed. Im not stressed but I feel my problem before is coming back. Whenever there is someone new trying to talk to me. I feel nervous because Im thinking about if im going to blink excessively again .

This feeling makes me nervous and makes me lose my confidence again.
