i filed my taxes last month, and today i got a 1099 from ebay saying i made over 20.000 and need to file. what do i do since i already filed my w2 from my job and got a refund?? i am freaking out so any help will be appreciated

i have been having some dental issues, but the problem is, i am absolutely TERRIFIED of the dentist. The numb feeling from the shot makes me feel like i cannot breath, and i am also paranoid when they pull my back tooth, that i will die from some sort of infection or have a heart attack, or that they will find out i have mouth cancer. I am so terrified, i do not think i can go to my appointment on tuesday and will just not show up, but at the same time, i need to.
